Since 1984, through our affiliation with Canertech Conservation Ltd., Canada's first full service Energy Service Company (ESCo), Coles Associates Ltd. has provided energy engineering services for performance contracting. This initial offering expanded to include the provision of engineering services in both the renewable resource sector and the more traditional thermal sectors of power cycle analysis and design; and computer assisted thermal stress analysis. This division has since extended to include in-house expertise with district energy (steam and medium temperature hot water) design and performance analysis. This knowledge has been utilized in regional, national and international commissions.
