85,600 ft² addition of a new Ambulatory Care Center for the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and related integration and connection to existing facilities.

Preliminary work included the planning for the facility. Site development included revisions to the site road network and parking. Project planning phased, addressed levels of control for public, staff, patients, infection control and sequential construction activities. Coles undertook all disciplines of the design, documentation and contract administration including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and civil.
