Coles provides a full range of prime and sub consulting services in the disciplines of structural, mechanical, electrical, civil and forensic engineering for pre-design, design, design development, working documents, tender and contract administration stages of projects. We offer specialties in healthcare, education, multi-unit residential, processing, industrial and commercial project types, including a full range of integrated architectural and engineering services. Further, we provide mechanical, civil, and transportation design for above and below grade roadwork systems, food and process plant engineering, district heat distribution, power distribution and energy management. We also provide investigative and forensic engineering services.
Project Management
We offer project management services to assist building and project owners in completing comprehensive project delivery, including project planning, budget management, schedule management and resource management.

Structural
Our structural engineering group provides support to our in-house architectural building design group as well as providing stand-alone structural engineering services for outside consultants, investigative engineering assessments and highway bridge assessments and design.
Mechanical
Our mechanical engineering group provides support to our in-house architectural building design group in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, specialty gas systems, and controls as well as energy management and commissioning services. Further, they provide stand-alone mechanical engineering services for outside consultants and support to investigative engineering assessments.
Electrical
Our electrical engineering group provides support to our in-house architectural building design group in power, lighting, communications and speciality electrical systems as well as energy management and commissioning services. Further, they provide stand-alone electrical engineering services for outside consultants, power transmission design services and support to investigative engineering assessments.
Civil
Our civil engineering group provides support to our in-house architectural building design group in site planning, parking lot development, surface water management and storm system, sanitary system and water system design. Further, they provide stand-alone civil engineering services for outside consultants and support to investigative engineering assessments.
