This project involved a new 3200 ft² school addition serving kindergarten through grade 6, as well as a number of renovations being required by the original school. Coles delivered all architectural and engineering design services for this addition and renovation. A phased approach to delivery was implemented, which in turn provided the greatest safety to the students during the construction program. The addition included classroom space, a kitchen/cafeteria, administration areas and washrooms. The renovations included new lighting, sprinklers, and emergency power utilities for the entire school.

The design realized a fun, engaging atmosphere and created outstanding outcomes for community contributions to the school that resulted in increased area for more school uses. This school was constructed over five phases with a completion date of August 2019.
