PEI Cannabis Retail Outlets

Coles provided the architectural, mechanical, electrical, and interior design, as well as construction administration services for all four of the PEI Cannabis Retail locations across the Island. These retail locations ranged in size from 1200 ft² to 2500 ft² and were located within existing lease spaces, or as a completely new stand-alone building. Although each location required a custom layout and configuration, a common theme and aesthetic was required across all four of the locations. Specific design services for this project included: fixtures selection, assistance with branding, access control, security, point of sale, digital display, back of house and retail area layouts.

Coles received the 2019 – AWMAC Atlantic, Gold Award of Excellence in the Architectural Millwork Industry for the millwork design on this project.
